This website, nexaelectric.ae, is operated by Nexa Electric, a supplier of electrical and electronic components based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We only collect information you give us or that is needed to run the website:

• When you place an order: your first and last name, email address, phone number, delivery address, city, postcode and country, the products you ordered, and your chosen payment method.
• When you create an account: your name, username and email address. Your password is stored in encrypted (hashed) form and is never visible to us.
• When you contact us: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and country, together with your message. For security and spam prevention, the contact form also records your IP address and browser type.
• When you enquire about product availability: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and country, the product you asked about and your message.

We do not collect or store payment card details on this website.

• To process, deliver and support your orders, including sending order confirmations, payment instructions and status updates by email.

• Our email and hosting providers, who process data on our behalf to send emails and run the website.
• Authorities, where we are required to by UAE law.

Our pages load fonts, icons and scripts from public content delivery networks (Google Fonts, Font Awesome, Cloudflare cdnjs and jsDelivr). Your browser connects to them directly, so they receive your IP address as part of that request. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

6. How long we keep information

• Order records are kept for as long as UAE tax law requires us to keep them.
• Enquiries and contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and any follow-up.
• Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account.

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, passwords are stored in hashed form, and access to customer data is limited to our staff who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
