Terms & Conditions

1) Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. You may be asked to accept additional terms for certain services or promotions.

2) Definitions

• “Platform”: our website/app and related services.
• “Customer”: a user who browses, registers, or purchases.
• “Working Day”: Sunday–Thursday (UAE), excluding public holidays.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 18+ or use under guardian supervision.
• Provide accurate info and secure your login; you’re responsible for all activity.
• We may verify identity or payment methods to prevent fraud.

4) Ordering & Contract

Your order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs on dispatch and/or our confirmation message. We may cancel due to stock, errors, or fraud risk; paid amounts for canceled orders are refunded.

5) Pricing, VAT & Promotions

• Prices are in AED and generally include UAE VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery/installation fees (if any) appear at checkout.
• Promotions/coupons have specific terms (validity, exclusions, single-use) and may be withdrawn as permitted.
• We aim for accuracy, but material pricing/description errors may lead to order cancellation/refund.

6) Payments

• We accept approved cards, wallets, and (if offered) cash-on-delivery. Cardholder should retain transaction records and our policies.
• All transactions are processed in AED; you confirm you’re the authorized cardholder.
• Refunds go to the original method, subject to payment-provider timelines.

7) Shipping & Delivery (UAE)

• We deliver across the UAE. ETA is shown at checkout; remote areas may take longer.
• Provide a complete address and be available to receive items; redelivery fees may apply if delivery fails beyond our control.
• Large/fragile items may include assembly/installation options (extra charges may apply).

8) Risk, Title & Availability

Risk passes on delivery/collection. Title passes after full payment. Availability is not guaranteed; we may limit quantities.

9) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Return window: 7 days from delivery (subject to product category and condition).
• Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories/tags. Non-returnable categories may include personal-care goods, custom items, opened software, or “Final Sale”.
• Faulty items are repaired, replaced, or refunded per UAE consumer law/manufacturer policy; inspection may be required.
• Refunds go to the original payment method. Shipping/installation fees may be non-refundable unless due to our error.

10) Warranty

Manufacturer warranty (where provided) governs coverage/duration and service processes. Proof of purchase required. Damage due to misuse/unauthorized repair/liquid/impact is typically excluded.

11) Prohibited Uses

No illegal activity, IP infringement, malware, scraping without consent, identity fraud, or security bypass attempts.

12) Intellectual Property

All Platform content (text, images, code, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. Don’t reproduce or distribute without prior written consent.

13) Privacy & Data

We process personal data per UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) . By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.

14) Liability & Indemnity

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect/consequential loss. Our total liability for a purchase is capped at the amount paid for the product(s). You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from misuse or breach of these Terms.

15) Compliance (UAE Laws)

• We comply with UAE consumer protection and relevant on-shore/free-zone rules.
• No transactions contrary to UAE sanctions/import-export restrictions.
• KYC/AML checks may be performed when required.

16) Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud risk, legal non-compliance, or security concerns.

17) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted with an updated “Effective date”. Continued use means acceptance.

18) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by UAE law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Emirate], UAE (adjust for DIFC/ADGM or arbitration if applicable to your setup).
